Question 1

What is ForceTeam.AI?

Accepted Answer

An AI team for Salesforce. Describe a change or share a meeting. Five agents plan, build, review, and verify it, then wait for your approval.

Question 2

How is an agent team different from a copilot?

Accepted Answer

A single model checks its own work. Here, Code Review and QA are separate agents that can reject the build, and you see it in every ticket.

Question 3

Is it safe to point at a production org?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The team is read-only until you approve a change. Destructive steps pause the run, every deploy is audited, and rollback is one click.

Question 4

Do I need to know Apex or flows?

Accepted Answer

No. Describe the outcome. The team picks the right tool and shows a readable diff with reasoning before anything deploys.

Question 5

How do meetings become tickets?

Accepted Answer

Add ForceTeam to a Zoom, Meet, or Teams call. When it ends, requests become structured tickets queued for the team. Or paste a transcript.

Question 6

How is this different from Agentforce?

Accepted Answer

Agentforce builds customer-facing agents and needs Data Cloud. ForceTeam does the admin work for the people who run Salesforce, with nothing to implement.

Question 7

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

From $199/month with a free trial, no credit card needed. Every plan includes the full five-agent pipeline.
